REFUND / CLAIMS / LOST ITEMS POLICY

At iClean Dry Cleaners, we are committed to providing the highest level of service and care for every garment entrusted to us. Please review our policy regarding refunds, damage claims, and lost items:

Refunds
Due to the nature of dry cleaning and garment care, refunds are not automatically issued once a cleaning service has been rendered. However, we will address concerns on a case-by-case basis if:

There is a clear service error (e.g. wrong item returned, item not cleaned as requested).

The garment was not processed due to an operational issue, and payment was already made.

In such cases, we may offer one of the following:

Re-cleaning the item at no extra charge

Store credit for future services
-
A partial or full refund at our discretion

Refunds will not be granted for:

Permanent stains that could not be removed despite best efforts
-
Items with no care labels, processed at the customer’s risk
-
Damage due to pre-existing conditions, age, or manufacturer faults

Damage & Claims
We take great care with every item. However, if you believe your item has been damaged during our service, the following terms apply:

All claims must be made within 48 hours of collecting your item.

The original receipt must be presented with the item for all claims.

iClean Dry Cleaners reserves the right to inspect the item and determine the cause of any damage.

Compensation (if applicable) will not exceed 10 times the cost of cleaning the item or a maximum of $200, whichever is lower.

Exclusions from compensation:

Items cleaned without care labels
-
Wear and tear caused by age, sun damage, weak fabric, or prior cleaning attempts
-
Beads, sequins, buttons, zippers, and decorative accessories that detach or degrade during cleaning

Lost Items
We use strict tracking and tagging procedures, but in the rare event of a lost item:

Claims for missing items must be made within 7 days of collection.

Proof of drop-off and item description will be required.

If the item cannot be located after internal investigation, compensation may be offered based on the depreciated value of the item and subject to a maximum cap (see above).

Unclaimed garments left for more than 90 days may be donated or disposed of, unless prior arrangements are made.
